Thank you for shopping with Ashtha Wellness. We are committed to providing high-quality Ayurvedic wellness products. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of Ayurvedic supplements and wellness products, we accept returns only under the following conditions:
✅ Product received is damaged
✅ Product received is defective
✅ Wrong product delivered
✅ Product missing from order
To be eligible for a return:

You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery

Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

You must provide unboxing video proof and clear images
Products without proper proof may not qualify for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do NOT accept returns for:
❌ Opened or used products
❌ Products purchased during special offers or clearance sales
❌ Change of mind
❌ Personal dislike of product taste, smell, or texture
❌ Delay caused by courier company
As Ayurvedic products are health-related items, we maintain strict hygiene standards.
3. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved:

Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Amount will be credited to the original payment method

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be processed via bank transfer
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only if:

Order has not been shipped yet
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
5. Damaged Parcel Policy
If you receive a visibly damaged parcel:

Do not accept the delivery

Inform us immediately
If accepted without checking, we may not be able to process a claim.
6. Consultation-Based Products
Ashtha Wellness provides consultation-based Ayurvedic recommendations. Results may vary from person to person based on body type, lifestyle, and condition.
We do not guarantee specific results. Refunds will not be issued due to:

Lack of expected results
